Special Order Uniform Production Schedule, dates do not include shipping time: 
Generally, orders placed 
January  through June take 3-4 weeks to produce unlettered trimmed or untrimmed garments and  loose lettering you sew on; or 5-6 weeks with lettering sewn on by us; 
July through January 4-5 weeks to produce unlettered trimmed or untrimmed garments and loose lettering you sewn on;  or 6-7 weeks with lettering sewn on by us.
Above production is approximate and  times noted  may fluctuate 1-2 weeks depending on current in house order volume.

Material/Colors:  All garments, unless noted otherwise,  are made of heavyweight 14 ounce polyester constructed  for proper fit; movement and durability and offered in 17 colors:    (Listed left to right) black, brown, cardinal (note, cardinal is not red, its similar to cranberry), dark green, gold, kelly green, light blue, maroon, navy blue , orange, old gold, purple, royal blue, scarlet (red), silver gray, teal, white.
Notice: Due to limitations of computer color reproduction; Colors shown are not exact tints/shades; actual fabric color received may be lighter, darker or vary in tint.

14 ounce polyester, heavyweight and thick to prevent transparency, shirred elastic waist and leg openings, standard brief cut, not a high rise, not form fitting. . Colors: black, cardinal, gold, kelly, light blue, maroon, navy, orange, purple, royal blue, red, silver, dark green, white.

When ordering Bloomers, use this "Approximate" size guide 
Youth: (to fit waist size) XXS16-18; XS18-20; S20-22; M22-24; L24-26; XL26-28
Adult: (to fit waist size) S22-24; M24-26; L26-28; XL28-30; XXL30-32; XXXL34-38

If you have youth that are larger in waist than youth sizes listed, we suggest you order adult size and then have them tailored to preferred fit if necessary, remember, these are bloomers and do not provide a professional exacting fit.

Sewing Instructions for customers ordering loose lettering.
1) Position lettering on garment with adhesive tacking side against garment.

2) Cover lettering with light weight thin cloth material; (bed sheeting or similar material).
Do not apply hot iron directly to the lettering

3) Apply heated iron onto sheeting material not directly onto lettering; apply firm pressure for 10 seconds. Remove iron.

4) Make sure lettering has cooled off and adhered to garment sufficiently to allow sewing.

5) Sew lettering onto garment using zigzag machine stitching.
