For orders of merchandise in the Same Line under $100.00; a
small order charge of $20.00 will apply.
A small order charge will not apply to orders in the Same Line that
total $100.00 worth of merchandise.
Combining merchandise from different Lines to reach a $100.00
total order to avoid small order charges is not permitted.
Add 10% for Ground Shipping and Handling within the continental U.S.A.; minimum
s/h is $10.00 on orders under $100.00. Normal ground delivery takes 7 business
